Services
LanguageConnex provides on-demand, scheduled, video remote and on-site interpretation as well as document translation, subject to the service agreement executed with your organization.
Acceptable use
Accounts and scheduling portals may be used only by authorized personnel of your organization and only for legitimate language access purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during interpretation and translation engagements, including any protected health information.
Limitation of liability
Except as required by law or your executed service agreement, LanguageConnex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
